Shipping Costs

• Subscription Orders: FREE shipping on all recurring deliveries.

• One-Time Orders: $3.95 flat-rate shipping.

• Orders Over $50: FREE shipping.

• Shipping rates apply to both US and international orders.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United States, Canada, UK, Australia & EU: 5-12 business days

• Other International Destinations: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order number. We'll help resolve the issue.
