Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email the moment you order, and a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your bottle is on the move.
We make DentalSpray in small batches — during launch periods and restocks, processing can take an extra day or two. If that happens, we'll say so on the product page rather than surprise you.

These are typical windows, not promises — final-mile carriers and customs occasionally take their time. If your order is outside its window, email us and we'll chase it from our side.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Your dispatch email contains the tracking number, and you can follow the journey any time on our Track Your Order page.
Tracking quiet at first? Numbers usually show their first scan within 2–3 days of dispatch. A quiet tracking page in the early days is the courier network catching up — not your package going missing.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by your country once the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, aren't included in our prices or shipping rate, and are the recipient's responsibility. Most orders of one or two bottles pass through without any charge, but we can't guarantee it.
Address changes & cancellations

Within 12 hours of ordering: email us with your order number — we can almost always update the address or cancel entirely.

After dispatch: parcels can't be redirected mid-journey. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we'll reship it for the cost of shipping.
Lost, stuck or damaged
If tracking hasn't moved for 10+ days, if your order is well outside its delivery window, or if the bottle arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We'll either reship or refund — your choice. You'll never be left refereeing between us and a carrier.
Multiple bottles
Multi-dog orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels a few days apart. You'll get a tracking number for each — no extra shipping cost to you.
🐶 Dog Drinks It, or Your Money Back — plus 60 days
However your bottle travels, both guarantees start when it arrives, not when you order. Won't drink it? Full refund — keep the bottle. Not thrilled within 60 days? Full refund, no questions asked.
